David Lemoine Pylate, age 71, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020 in Alvin, Texas. David was born on February 26, 1949 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and was a resident of Alvin, Texas, formerly from Pipe Creek, Texas. David is preceded in death by his father, James Pascal Pylate; daughter, Melissa Ann Pylate; sisters, Glinda Pylate and Brenda Pylate; brother, Bill Pylate.

David is survived by his former wife and life long partner, Susan Pylate; mother, Floramye Engle; daughters, Tamme Nolan and husband Tony Jr.; Sarah Fillingame and husband Matthew; step daughter, Michelle Bell and husband Robert; sister, Elise Ratliffe; brothers, Florian Pylate, James Pylate and Kenneth Pylate; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will be having a Memorial Service at a later time.
