William "Bill" Arthur Kelly, age 67 of Alvin, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022. Bill was born November 20, 1954, in Houston, Texas and was a resident of Alvin for 36 years. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, George Kelly and Willa Inglehart; brother, Steven Kelly.

Bill is survived by his sons, Glenn Kelly and Eric Kelly; niece, Lesile Ford; nephew, Justin Kelly; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
