Victoria Garcia, age 79 of Alvin, Texas passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023 at her residence. Victoria was born March 6, 1944 in San Luis Potosí, Mexico and was a longtime resident of Alvin. She attended St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and Praise Chapel Christian Church. Victoria was a very devoted, faithful, and God fearing woman. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Victoria is preceded in death by her parents, Merced and Nicolasa Becerra. Sisters, Angie Salinas and Gracie Gutierrez and her brother Hector Becerra.

Victoria is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Larry Garcia. Mother-in-Law, Connie Valdez. Daughters, Linda Abilez and Leah Galindo. Sons, John Abilez and Rodney Garcia. Grandchildren, John Aynsley Abilez, Christopher Stidman, Brittany Stidman, Alaina Alexander, Donnie Abilez, Devin Garcia, Desi Micah Galindo, Demi Galindo, Bethany Garcia, and Gracie Garcia. Sister-in-law, Rhonda Navarro. Sisters, Matilda Valdez, Pilar San Miguel, Mary Garcia, Mercedes Trigo, Josie Becerra Chatham, and Tina Meza. Brothers, Mac Becerra and Margarito Becerra. Her beloved dog, Chiquita, along with numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Scott Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 7:00 PM.
