Trace Christian Dobbins, age 22, passed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior on October 30, 2024. Born on March 11, 2002, in Grass Valley, California, Trace was welcomed into the world by his parents, Christian and Colette Dobbins. The family relocated to League City, Texas, when Trace was just seven months old, where he grew up surrounded by love and family.

As the youngest of the Dobbins' family, Trace was cherished for his quiet strength, sharp intellect, endless curiosity, and kind heart. He had a gentle soul, one that found joy in helping others. His quick wit and sense of humor brought light and laughter to those around him, and his distinct sense of style made him unforgettable. Trace loved staying on top of the latest fashion trends, a reflection of his unique personality and love for life.

After graduating, Trace became an integral part of his family's business, CKD's Golf Carts, in League City—a role that felt like a natural continuation of his childhood. From a young age, he was by his family's side, helping his dad, mom, and older brothers in countless ways. Recently, he took on roles as an IT specialist, photographer, social media marketing coordinator, and an accounting assistant bringing a fresh perspective and creative energy.

Trace had a deep passion for cars and electronics, often spending his time restoring and customizing cars, researching the latest technology, and troubleshooting anything electronic. His love for gadgets and his skill in using and fixing them became well known among family and friends. Trace enjoyed jet skiing, motorcycling, funny shows and movies, and gaming with longtime friends across the country, building a community that shared his interests and valued his companionship.

Trace's family will forever treasure the joy he brought into their lives. He is survived by his loving parents, Christian and Colette Dobbins; his devoted brothers, Layne (and sister-in-law Joanne) and Bryce (and sister-in-law Nikki); and his beloved nephew, Carson, and niece, Tianna, who held a special place in his heart.

Trace is also survived by his grandmother, Elizabeth Harlicker; uncles Richard Douglas Harlicker, Jr. (and aunt Kelly), and James Harlicker (and aunt Tracy); his aunt, Tricia Baker (and uncle Tom); along with many cherished cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Dr. Richard Harlicker, Sr., and grandparents, Larry and Antonia Dobbins.

The family takes comfort in knowing Trace accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior and resting in the assurance
that he is now at peace in God's loving embrace. His memory will be a source of strength, joy, and love to all who were blessed to know him.
