The Mey, age 76 of Rosharon, Texas passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at HCA Healthcare Mainland Hospital in Texas City, Texas. The was born January 10, 1945 in Cambodia and was a longtime resident of Rosharon. He was the pastor at Rosharon Bible Baptist Church in Rosharon, Texas for over 30 years and will be dearly missed by his family and community.

Pastor Mey was called by God to save the lost souls of this world. He lived to serve the Lord.  God called him home and he is now in the loving arms of the Jesus.  The is preceded in death by his wife, Nen; parents; three brothers, Nen, Touge and Tourn.

The is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 41 years, Khim Lor; sons, Reaksa Mey and wife Channa, Rokha Mey and wife Sothea, Thavith Mey and wife Sou, Corinth Mey; grandchildren, Josh, Aaron, Thessa, Sehlan, Rachel, Ethan and Sarah; sister Nasy Mey; sisters-in-law, Chamreoun Lor, Chealy Lor and husband Kear, Loni Sen and husband Sukru; brother-in-law, Eng Lor and wife Thavy; nieces, Lesa and Medina; nephews; Mert, David and Daniel; great-nephew, Liam, along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Friday, September 24, 2021 at Rosharon Bible Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Rosharon Bible Baptist Church with Interment to follow at Confederate Cemetery in Alvin.
