Teddy Lee Clark, age 88, formerly of Austin, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, in Houston, Texas. Ted was born June 22, 1934, in Houston, and was Catholic by faith. Ted is survived by his wife of 67 years, Angelina Clark, daughters, Angela Collins, Janet Dennis and husband Michael; daughter-in-law Rhonda Clark; grandchildren Ashley, Sean, Kelsey, Kristina, Tyler, and Baylie; great-grandchildren Brayden, Kynslie, Wyatt, and Tatum; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Ted is preceded in death by his son Kenneth Clark; parents Anna and C. E 'Ted' Clark; sister Yvonne Cole; brother Jim Clark.

In 1957, Ted graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Management.  He immediately went to work for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department as a wildlife biologist.  He was soon appointed project leader of the white-wing dove project.  He was instrumental in reintroducing Big Horn Sheep back into the state.  His career culminated in being named Director of Wildlife, for the State.

When Ted and Angie retired, they enjoyed traveling the world, and spending quality time with their family.  Their grandchildren fondly remember Camp Immi-Wappaw every summer.  That's Mimi and Pawpaw inverted.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 4:00 PM. Graveside burial will be held at Memorial Hill Park in Austin, Texas on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM
