Shirley Theodore, age 76 of Alvin, Texas passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2026, surrounded by her Family. Shirley was born January 23, 1950, in Marble Falls, Tx. and was a resident of Alvin since 1973. She worked in the food service division for Alvin I.S.D. and was Christian by faith. She is preceded in death by her husband John Theodore, parents, Bernetta and Alfred Warren.

Shirley is survived by her 2 daughters, Sharon Petrash and husband Christopher Petrash, and Katherine Jones and husband Dale Jones, sister, Glenda English, 7 grandchildren, Kayla Petrash, Johnna Theodore, Memphis Theodore, Frankie Theodore, Klaire Theodore, Aubrey Theodore and Rose Thornhill, 1 great-grandchild, Sky Maree Theodore Allen, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Scott Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, October 23, 2026, at Scott Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Confederate Cemetery.
