Shirley McNabb Riggs, age 89 of Alvin, Texas passed away Friday, December 13, 2024 at Clear Lake HCA Hospital. Her last month was spent at Laurel Court in Alvin. She was a lifetime resident of the Alvin/Manvel area. She is preceded in death by her parents J.E McNabb and Esther McNabb.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 70 years Malcolm Carlos Riggs (Carlos), sons Phillip Riggs and wife Venus, and Joel Riggs. Her grandchildren David, Daniel, James, Jared, Natalie, and Jordan. As well as eleven greatgrandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family.

A celebration of life is planned for Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Donna's Legacy Event Center in Alvin at 2:00 PM. The address is 785 County Road 539.
