Sarah Remollino of Alvin, Texas passed away after a lengthy illness on May 16, 2024. Sarah was born on March 6th,1949 to Adolph and Dora Velasco. She worked at Galveston's historical Levy's clothing store where she met her soulmate of 49 years, Joseph Remollino, who worked nearby at a music store.  Sarah devoted her life to caring for others.  She was a kind, considerate and attentive daughter who gave special care to both of her parents as they aged; a committed niece who sat with her aunt during her final days; a compassionate sister who nursed her own through cancer and a courageous, supportive wife who nursed her husband through his cancer, while battling her own. Sarah was a faithful child of GOD and for many years attended Faith Community Church in Alvin with Pastor Judy and Road of Life Church with Pastor Harry. She created dozens of handwritten books where she listed her favorite scriptures and shared with those she held dear.

Sarah is survived by and will be missed dearly by her sisters, Angie Stillinger and Ruth Bobbitt; brothers George Velasco and wife Barbara; Adolph Velasco Jr and wife Molly; Abel Velasco and Daniel Velasco along with numerous adoring aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Honorary siblings that provided love and support for Sarah are U.S. Veterans, Bob Davis and Chuck Boyd.
