Samuel Patrick Guerrero, age 72 of Alvin, Texas, passed away peacefully Friday, August 30, 2024 surrounded by his family. Sam was born March 6, 1952 in Alvin, Texas and was lifetime resident of Alvin. He worked as truck driver in the oil and gas industry and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Sam is preceded in death by his parents, Leonardo and Clotilde Guerrero; grandparents, Andres and Simona Guerrero, Pete and Matilde Montemayor; sisters, Cecilia Miller and Marcia Lozano.

Sam is survived by his sons, Thomas Guerrero and wife Melissa, Andrew Guerrero and wife Jacquelyn; brother, Orlando Guerrero and wife Renee; 8 grandchildren, Jacob, Cameron, Kaiden, Micah, Taylor, Cleo and Lucy Guerrero, Sarah Caldwell; 1 great grandchild, James Guerrero; along with numerous extended family and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Scott Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 AM.
