Russell Lance Rowell, son of the late Rex L Rowell and Patricia Ann Pike Rowell, was born in Houston, Texas on September 21, 1959.  He passed on September 7, 2025, at the age of 65.  He married his loving wife, Terri, on May 17, 2007.  He was a committed husband and family man, and he loved being a Pawpaw to their 8 grandchildren.

He also enjoyed two other activities - the Houston Astros and motorcycles.  He loved riding and attending motorcycle rallies.  He rarely missed an Astros' games, attending in person or watching televised games.

He worked in the chemical industry and retired from Dow Chemical after 30 years.  His coworkers describe him as a dedicated employee and a wonderful person.

The family would like to thank Harbor Hospice for the wonderful care they provided and to recognize Houston Area Parkinsons Society.  HAPS support of Russell and Terri was irreplaceable.  The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Houston Parkinson Society.
