Robert F. Salinas passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023.  He was a beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was born October 10, 1933 in Mexico and made his home in Alvin for over 70-plus years.

He is preceded in death by his wife Angelina Becerra Salinas, son Robert Jr., and daughter Angelic.

Robert enjoyed working in his yard, fishing, carpentry, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his son Carlos B. Salinas (Ida), daughters Cindy Beliz, Christy Herrera (Danny), Angelina Montoya (Juan).  He was blessed with 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and many loving friends.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 110 E. South Street in Alvin with fellowship to follow at the church parish hall.
