Phillip Allen Kibort, age 61 of Alvin, Texas passed away Monday, January 31, 2022 HCA Healthcare Clear Lake Hospital. Phillip was born July 14, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois and was a longtime resident of Alvin. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and worked many years in security management for retail stores. Phillip is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Beverly Kibort; brother, Joseph F. Kibort.

Phillip is survived by his siblings, Karen M. Papes and husband Chuck, Mary Kibort Suetrong, Teresa Soppet, Thomas V. Kibort, Debra M. Studniarz, Shirley A. Keeling and husband Chris, Joan E. Carlson and husband Nick, Daria R. Hodor; former wife, Kathy Kibort; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

He was very generous and would talk to everyone he met and would try to help people in any way he could.  He enjoyed gardening -growing vegetables and flowers. He was a nature lover and loved being outdoors fishing and hunting.  He loved animals and was very devoted to his beloved pets.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Humane Society.

Phillips ashes will be placed at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas on Friday, February 11, 2022 at 12:45 PM.
