Paul J. Kennedy, age 82 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Solidago Health and Rehabilitation Center in Texas City, Texas.  Paul was born on December 3, 1942, in New York and was a longtime resident of Alvin. He worked for 35 plus years as an Electrical Engineer in the space industry at NASA and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Paul is preceded in death by his wife, Lois Kennedy; son, Mallory Bailey; mother, Mary Jenvy Kennedy; and father, William Howard Kennedy.

Paul is survived by his sons, Michael Franklin, Larry Franklin, and wife Elizabeth; sister, Louise Christmas; brother, Karl Kennedy; grandchildren, Brianna Rodriguez, Mallory Franklin, Ryan Franklin, and Nathan Franklin; niece, Jennifer Hambrick; nephew, Todd Christmas; along with numerous extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Scott Funeral Home.
