Patsy Ruth Frase, age 90 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025.  Patsy was born September 24, 1934 in Taylor, Texas, and had been a resident of Alvin for over 35 years. Patsy was a very easy-going person and a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling and old country music, making flower arrangements, collecting art and framing, painting, and loved collecting antiques. Patsy is preceded in death by her father Donald Talley, mother Edna Mae Frith, and stepfather Floyd Frith.

Patsy is survived by her children Gary Frase and wife Lisa of Friendswood, Texas, and their kids Christopher and Stephanie. Deborah Armstrong and husband Kenneth of Conroe, Texas, and their children Brittany and Lauren, their grandchildren Violette and Alexis. Son David Frase of Alvin, Texas.

A visitation will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Scott Funeral Home from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the visitation at Confederate Cemetery.
