Oscar was 86 and born in Higgins, Texas to Lonnie and Mary Moser. He served in the United States Marine Corp and within a few months after he was honorably discharged from the service he met the love of his life Beth. They were married for 64 years and had 2 children.

Oscar worked in the oilfield until 1976 and then moved his family to Alvin, Texas where he worked in the chemical plants as an industrial electrician until he retired. He was a member of the Alvin Masonic Lodge #762, Order of the Eastern Star in Alvin and Pearland, and a member of the Alvin Church of Christ.

He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather!!! He loved his family dearly and he will be strongly missed.

Oscar was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. He is survived by his loving wife Beth, son David Moser (Lisa), daughter Brenda Brisart (Lenny), 3 grandchildren Curtis Sterling, David Moser Jr, Evan Moser, 7 great grandchildren, sister Myrtle Savage, and numerous other relatives and wonderful friends.

There will be a private interment at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Houston, TX.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life that will be held at the Masonic Lodge #762 in Alvin, TX on a later date.
