Nathaniel Nava, age 20 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024. Nathaniel was born on July 21, 2003, in Webster, Texas and was a lifetime resident of Alvin, Texas. He loved outside work, the color red, and always found peace listening to music and eating his pizza from Little Caesars. Can't forget the parmesan cheese. No matter how hot it was outside you wouldn't catch Nathaniel without a black hoodie. He loved playing basketball since he was in diapers and would often play basketball with his friends at Briscoe Park. He also enjoyed playing video games. He was a great uncle, brother, fiancé, son and would have been a great father and Godfather to his nephews. Nathaniel was preceded in death by his father, Alberto Felix Nava and grandmother, Rita Nava.

Nathaniel is survived by his mother, Diana Morales, fiancé, Jennifer Pacheco, soon to be born son Naseir Nathaniel Nava, grandparents, Manuel and Natalia Morales, Benigno Nava, sister, Naudiya Castillo, brothers, Dominic Castillo, Saul Nava, Cruze Nava, nieces, Aniah Villareal and Ariya Gonzalez, nephew, Mateo Alberto Nava, soon to be born nephew Saul Alberto Nava Jr. as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2024, from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home in Alvin, Texas with a rosary at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated, Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Alvin, Texas. Interment will follow in the Confederate Cemetery.
