Our Momma, Myra Jean Glaze, passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 68. She was born on January 30, 1958, to Millard June and Minnie Jeff Ticer. She was the youngest of four Children.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, husband Leonard Glaze; brother Millard John Ticer; brother in-laws Riley Sells and Gary Stewart.

She is survived by her boyfriend Jon Perry of Alvin, two sisters June Sells of Fort Worth and Jane Stewart of Austin, four daughters Stephanie Luedicke (Kenneth) of Clute; Rebekah Norman (Tommy) of Santa Fe, Jennifer Sear (Paul) of Hardin, Kathrine Reff of Pasadena and all the many adopted along the way. She has 10 grandchildren: Stephanie "Michelle" Hernandez (Jaime), Martin Nallie (Piper), Camran Nallie, Cheyenne Hall (KC), Landon Mash, CJ Craig, Scarlet Sear, Tyler Reff (Brinley), Brittany Norman, and Joshua Norman. She had 8 beautiful great grandchildren.

Her family was large and always growing, but her generosity had no limits. She always made room at her table and welcomed everyone with a hot cup of coffee. Throughout her life, she achieved many accomplishments, but her biggest joy was caring for others. Through serving, cooking and managing restaurants, our momma touched many hearts along the way. She loved crocheting and doing crossword puzzles. She had a beautiful contagious smile and always found a way to make others laugh with her sense of humor and quirkiness.

In lieu of flowers, my sisters, family and I ask that you hug your loved ones tightly, cherish every moment, and never miss a chance to tell them you love them.
