Milby Andrew Fassy, age 81 of Alvin, Texas passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at his residence. Milby was born February 18, 1940 in Houston, Texas and was a 22 year resident of Alvin. He retired from Gray Tools and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Milby is preceded in death by his parents, William and Cora Fassy Sr.; sister, Carolyn Yeager; brothers, William Fassy Jr. and Walter Fassy.

Milby is survived by his wife of 22 years, Mary Fassy; daughter, Athena Alderete; son, Clinton Fassy; step son, Rusty Dawley and wife Melinda; sister, Betty Barden; brother, Robert Fassy; grandchildren, Houston, Cadence, Brittany, Brandi and Brandon; great grandchildren, Payton, Presliegh, Preston and Raegan; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Scott Funeral Home.
