Max Ray Neihart, age 88 of Alvin, Texas, passed to the Lord on Sunday, December 3, 2023. He was born July 5, 1935 in Beaver, Oklahoma. Max served in the United States Army from 1955 to 1957. He retired from work at Monsanto Chemical Company, Alvin, Texas in 1985 and from Betz-Dearborn 10 years later. He was a member of the Southpark Baptist Church in Alvin, TX. Max was preceded in death by his Parents, Cashie and Jennie Neihart; Sister Lola Genevieve Sasser, Brothers, Eulis Ward Neihart, Leo Rex Neihart, and Carl Wayne Neihart; Step-Grandchildren: Hannah Mae Greer and Jozie Cordell Beazley.

Max is survived by his Wife, Wanda Sue Neihart; Daughter Carri Ann Mowry; Son Mark Allen Neihart; Grandchildren: Jamie Kelly, Michael Stromberg, Daniel Neihart, Joshua Neihart, and Katlyn Michelle Mowry; Great-Grandchildren: Faith and Isabella Kelly. Step-Children: Robert Gregory Greer, Brian Stephen Greer, Joel Edward Greer, Jennifer Kay Valdez; Step-Grandchildren: Seth Allen Greer, Robert Michael Greer, Anna Speer, Emily Speer, Joseph Stephen Greer; Jordan Allon Greer, Alana Jordyn Valdez; Step-Great Grandchildren: Kylie, Deacon, Nathan, Trey, Penelope, Cooper, Carson, Rhianna, Reighlynn, Jace and Nico.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Southpark Baptist Church, Alvin, Texas. Lunch will be served for the immediate Family by the Southpark Unity Sunday School Class after the Memorial Service.
