Mary N Weimer, of Alvin, Texas and formerly of Ottumwa, Iowa, left this life to join her family in Heaven on October 23, 2021.  She was born on January 28, 1941 and was preceded in death by her parents Nial O. and Clara Marie Schaefer Weimer. Mary will join her sisters and brothers-n-law:  Nila M. (Tom) Ramsey and Nilene C. (Bill) Belzer. Also to greet her will be her great niece Aimee Doud.

Mary retired from Ottumwa Regional Hospital after 40 years of service and also from Alvin ISD after 8 years of employment.  She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Alvin and a former member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Ottumwa. She was also an active member of the ActionS organization at the Alvin Senior Center.

Mary left behind 6 nieces and nephews, 9 geat-nieces and nephews, and 7 great great-nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial at a later date in Ottumwa.
