Mark Alan O'Malley, age 65 of Alvin, Texas passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022 at his home. Mark was born November 12, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri and was a resident of Alvin since 2018. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was a true Renaissance Man with multiple talents in the arts and sciences. Mark was extremely charismatic, loved teaching others about a wide array of subject matters, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Mark is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence O'Malley; brother, Chris O'Malley.  Mark is survived by his longtime partner, Dena Besser; daughter, Caitlin Adams and husband Jason; mother, Donna O'Malley; sisters, Michaela Hammons and husband Ralph, Amy O'Malley; brothers, Rick O'Malley, Terry O'Malley and wife Teri; grandchildren, Charli Rice and Reign Adams; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Mark's wishes were to be cremated with a private service held at a later time.
