Mark Alan Blevins, age 64 of Houston, Texas passed away Monday, February 13, 2023 at Kindred Hospital in Clear Lake, Texas. Mark was born October 3, 1958 in Houston, Texas and was a longtime resident of Houston. He worked as a longshoreman for the Port of Houston for 18 years and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Mark is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Blevins Jr. and sister in law Karen Blevins.

Mark is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Sylvia Blevins; daughters, Brittany Blevins and Courtney Hempsted; step son, Raul Marroquin and wife Angela, step daughters, Jessica Canul and husband Aaron and Felicia Marroquin; father, Thomas Blevins Sr.; mother, Barbara Blevins; sister, Diane Murray and husband John; brother, Mike Blevins; grandchildren, Jordan, Charlie, Hunter, Roger "Bubba" , Aubree, David, Marc, Jaycie, R.J., Eric, Nikki, Reid, Alexander, Jordan-Kingston and Avery; nieces, Michelle and husband L.A., Amanda and Jaramie, Krystal, Cassie and husband Chase; nephews, Derrick, Cody and Brent; and 5 great nieces and nephews; along with numerous extended family and friends.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Scott Funeral Home.
