Marian Skinner, age 73 of Friendswood, Texas, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023.  Marian was born on October 4, 1949 in Charleston, West Virginia.  She worked for many years as a School Administrator and was Baptist by faith.  Marian was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Skinner, parents, Mary and John Pedersen, brothers, Sonny and Jimmy Harrell.

Marian is survived by her, daughters, Mary Anderson and husband Chris, Jamie Groth and husband Bill; brothers, Robert Skinner and wife Linda, Noel Skinner and wife Kathy; grandchildren, Hunter and Mollie Anderson, Haley and Hayden Groth; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Scott Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Scott Funeral Home with interment to be held on Monday at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas.
