Leonardo Hernandez, age 53 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his family.  Leonardo was born on March 11, 1973 in Alvin, Texas and was a lifetime resident of Alvin.  He worked for many years as an electrical engineer, and was Christian by faith.  Leonardo was preceded in death by his father, Federico Hernandez, and his brother, Ricardo Hernandez.

Leonardo is survived by his wife, Martina Hernandez, mother-in-law, Carmen Lopez, mother, Estella Hernandez, daughter, Amanda Hernandez, sister, Yolanda Rendon, brothers, Frederico Hernandez and wife Lupita along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held Friday, July 10, 2026, at Scott Funeral Home from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, with a funeral a memorial service beginning at 11:00 AM.
