Kirby Raymond Pennock Sr., age 79 of Angleton, Texas, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at HCA Clear Lake Hospital in Webster, Texas.  Kirby was born September 17, 1945 in Miami, Florida and had been a longtime resident of Manvel, Texas before spending the last 10 years in Angleton. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and owned and operated K Pennock Construction Company. Kirby is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Georgia Pennock; brother, Mike Pennock.

Kirby is survived by his partner, Juanita Fox; son, Kirby Pennock Jr. and wife Jamie; daughter, Shanna Estes and husband Darryl; brothers, Alan Pennock, Gary Pennock and wife Lou; grandchildren, Ryan Pennock, Corbin Andrews, Shandi Tucker and husband Timothy, Shelby Estes and Garret Estes; great grandchildren, Colter Tucker and Hudson Tucker; along with numerous extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM on May 23rd at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
