Kevin Dwayne Hoke, age 64 of Santa Fe, Texas passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022 at UTMB hospital in Clear Lake, Texas. Kevin was born April 3, 1957 in Houston, Texas and was resident of Santa Fe for the last 4 years formerly of Alvin, Texas.  He worked as an iron worker for many years and most recently as a planner for Zachary Construction. Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, Vivian and Lillian Hoke; sisters, June Ross and Jan Hoke; brother, Bubba Hoke.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Donna Hoke; daughter, Shea Pugh and husband Duffy; son, Andy Hoke; grandchildren, Kavin Hoke, Kenadie Pugh, Kooper Wood-Pugh, Bella Evans and Kimber Pugh; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Not only did he love his family (especially those grandbabies), he loved hunting and fishing.  On the weekends, you could find him at the deer lease or up at the country with his grandkids trying to instill his love for the outdoors.  Many hours were spent outside piddling with the tractor, welding or building something "useful".  He also had a special talent in making knives.  Many friends and family had the privilege of being gifted one of his pieces over the years.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Scott Funeral Home.
