Kathryn Brooke Lemons-Garcia, age 33 of Pearland , Texas passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023 at HCA Clear Lake in Webster, Texas. Katie was born February 5, 1990 in Houston, Texas and was a lifetime resident of Pearland.  She graduated from Pearland High School in 2008 and enjoyed spending her time taking pictures and working with photography. Katie is preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Bradley Beasley; grandfather, Roy Lemons; great-grandmother, Irene Beasley; grandmothers, Audrey Skarness and Fayrene Matheny; nephew, Owen.

Katie is survived by her children, Delilah Lemons-Garcia, Ezekiel Garcia, Isaiah Garcia and Elijah Garcia; parents, Roy and Darla Lemons; sisters, Janet Bettcher, Jennifer Walker and husband Matthew, Kimberly Sanchez and husband Rufino; nieces and nephews, Luke, Easton, Radyn, Teagan, Levi, Aliya, Dylan, Ryder and Wesley; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Katie's greatest joy was being a mom. She loved spending her time at the beach. She loved movie nights in her room with all of the kids piled in her bed with pizza and snacks. Katie was the most giving person as well. She put herself before others, even on her hardest days. Katie will forever be remembered for her wild and carefree spirit. She was fierce, strong, and brave.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Scott Funeral Home with Funeral Services beginning at 6:00 PM.
