Joe Lee Bankson, age 56 of Rosharon, Texas, passed away Monday, October 30, 2023.  Joe was born April 15, 1967, in Elkhart, Indiana, and was a member of Rosharon for six years. Joe is preceded in death by his parents Glen L. Johnson and Helen Louise Bankson.

Joe is survived by his wife Gena Lindsey Bankson; second mother Katherine Lindsey; daughters Hilda Bankson Rodriguez and husband Steve, and Betina Raymond; granddaughter Blair Rodriguez; sister Maghan "Little Sister" Ford, and other close friends and extended family.

A memorial visitation will be held from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Monday, November 6, 2023 at Scott Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 PM.
