Jesusita Ybarra, age 88, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 18, 2023 with her family by her side. Jesusita was born December 25, 1934 in Rosenberg, Texas and was a longtime resident of Alvin. She attended the Fountain of Salvation Church in Alvin and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Jesusita is preceded in death by her husband, Faustino Ybarra; daughter, Angelita Esquivel; sons, Joe Manuel Esquivel and Isabel Esquivel; parents, Antonio and Angelita Rivera; grandparents, Pablo and Carmen Cadena.

Jesusita is survived by her children, Antonio Esquivel, Juanita E. Garcia, Susie E. Vela and husband Luis, Christina Chadwick, Faustino Ybarra Jr., Pedro Ybarra, Elaine Lopez, Alfredo Ybarra and wife Rosie, Jessie Cervantes and husband Raul, Samuel Ybarra and wife Beatrice; 38 grandchildren; 90 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Scott Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, January 23, 2023 at Scott Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Oak Park Cemetery in Alvin.
