Jessie Solomon Price, age 89 of Spring Branch, Texas, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at South Austin Medical Center in Austin, Texas. Jessie was born February 7, 1935 in Millican, Texas and was a resident of Spring Branch for the last 10 years formerly of the Alvin/Friendswood area. He served in the National Guard in the 1960's and was a longtime employee of the Houston Fire Department retiring in 1989. Jessie started his career at Station #1 and ended his career at the Houston Fire Training Academy. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Nell Price; parents, Dimmit and Myrtle Price; along with 10 brothers and sisters.

Jessie is survived by his wife, Terri Price; children, Kimberli O' Connor (John), Mike Price (Lori); step children, Monica Rocha (Pablo), Johnathan Tobias (Lisa); sisters, Leona Shoemake and Irene Bean; grandchildren, John Michael O' Connor (Beka), Timothy O' Connor (Celina), Madelyn Mathias (Michael), Sean O' Connor, Katherine Powers (Colby), Kelley Price and Lauren Price; step grandchildren, Benjamin Rocha (Samantha), Breanna Tobias and Jesse Thomas; great grandchildren, Wayde, Vaeda, Harrison, Campbell, Samuel, Timothy Jr., Ellie, Benjamin and Chloe; step great grandchildren, Ava, Rosaliegh, Addie and Hannah; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Monday, April 22, 2024 at Scott Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 2:00 PM.
