Jennifer Michelle Wailes, age 43 of Alvin, Texas, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, September 4, 2025 at her residence. Jennifer was born December 17, 1981 in Houston, Texas and had been a resident of Alvin for the last 5 years formerly of Richmond, Texas. She graduated from the University of Houston Downtown Campus with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and was currently working as a health care accountant.

Jennifer is survived by her son, Devin Wailes; former husband, Jeffrey Wailes; mother, Patti Jonte; grandfather, Daryle Elliott; aunt, Tessie McDaniel; mother-in-law, Sandra Wailes along with numerous extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Scott Funeral Home.
