Jaylene Toone Foster, age 71 of Alvin, Texas passed away Saturday, May 16, 2026 at UTMB Hospital in Galveston, Texas. Jaylene was born October 22, 1954 in Salt Lake City, Utah and was a resident of Alvin since 1996. She was a proud homemaker and attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Alvin. Jaylene is preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Barbara Toone; half-brothers, Henry Toone and James Toone.

Jaylene is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert Foster Sr.; daughter, Heather Wilson (Jerry); sons, Robert Foster Jr. (Laura Lee), Neal Foster (Jennifer) and Jonathan Foster (Stacey); brother, Robert Toone; half-brother, Gary Workman; half-sister, Carma Woodbridge; grandchildren, Talia Foster, Tristan Wilson, Cameron Wilson, Isac Tomlinson and Keegan Foster; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2700 Lehi Lane - Alvin, TX 77511) with funeral services beginning at 5:00 PM. Interment will follow at Confederate Cemetery in Alvin.
