Jane Blanchard, age 71 of Liverpool, Texas, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her family. Jane was born on September 11, 1953 in Freeport, Texas. She worked for many years for the City of Liverpool and was Baptist by faith. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Olive and W.J. Woody.

Jane is survived by her husband, Joseph Blanchard, daughter, Christine Turner and husband Allen, son, Jason Blanchard, brothers, Jay Woody and wife Nadja, Charlie Woody and wife Kathy, Ralph Woody, 3 grandchildren, Madison, Cailyn, Emma, special friend and caretaker, Jessica Duke, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Scott Funeral Home in Alvin, Texas with funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in the Confederate Cemetery.
