James "J.B." Williams, age 75, formerly of Sargent, Texas, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at his residence surrounded by his family.  J.B. was born on July 12, 1946, in Houston, Texas and was a resident of Manvel, Texas, for 2 years.  He worked for many years as a pipefitter and was Christian by faith.  He was a member of the Local 211 Pipefitters Union for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, telling stories, and spending time with his family. He loved his cats and dogs. J.B. was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Mae Penny and Jim Williams, sister, Patricia Fennen, and brother, Alfred Cornett.

J.B.  is survived by his daughter, Tammy Starke and husband Evan, son, Derrick Williams and wife Terri, sisters, Nancy Barnett and Mallie Barrow, 4 grandchildren, Garrett & girlfriend Alysabeth, Laural, Austin & girlfriend Jayme, Aiden, great grandson Ashton Starke, 3 bonus grandchildren Brandon, Briana and Jacob, former spouse Janice Williams special friends the Broussard family as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
