James Thomas Crenshaw Jr., age 73 of Liverpool, Texas, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 22, 2025 at his home with family by his side. James was born October 2, 1951 in Vienna, Georgia and was 20-year resident of Liverpool. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy retiring with 20 years of service to his country. James is preceded in death by his parents, James and Pauline Crenshaw Sr.; sisters, Cheryl Ann Shaw and Virgielee Crenshaw.

James is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Arlene Crenshaw; daughters, Tiae Hoffman and husband Michael, Ashley Carle and husband Bryan; sons, Tommy Crenshaw III, Tony Crenshaw, Joshua Jackman and wife Lindsay; sisters, Myrtle Young and husband Richard, Diane Robbins and husband Rodney; brothers, Bo Crenshaw and wife Gay, David Crenshaw and wife Sam; grandchildren, Keith, James (JT), Mikayla, Evan, Iris, Ethan, Dominque, Tristan and Bella; along with numerous extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 12:30 PM Friday, July 11, 2025 at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
