It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Jack Russell Hilton Sr., who peacefully left this world on March 29, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was 75 years old.

Jack was born the youngest of three children to Ernest Webster Hilton and Mamie Johnson Hilton in Oakdale, Louisiana. Beloved brother of Judith Ann Edney (deceased). Jack is survived by his older brother, Gary Hilton of Las Cruces, New Mexico; and his loving children; daughter, Stephanie Hilton; son, Jay Hilton and wife, Cindy; son, Mark Hilton. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren; Blaze, Kayla, Bishop, Lincoln, and Brooks. Nephews, Wayne Hilton and David Edney.

As a father of three children, Jack embodied unconditional love and unwavering support. He was a constant source of wisdom, guidance, and encouragement, always ready with a listening ear and a comforting embrace. His children were his greatest pride and joy, and he took immense delight in watching them grow into the remarkable individuals they are today.

In addition to his role as a father, Jack was a beloved friend, a trusted mentor, and a source of strength to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jack's position as International Sales Manager at Wholesale Electric allowed him to both travel and forge lifelong friendships.

Jack was a man of many talents and passions. Whether he was spending time with his family, attending church, pursuing his musical talents, traveling to South America to visit with friends, working out at the gym, or lending a helping hand to those in need, he approached life with a gentle spirit and a generous heart. Jack had a passion for missions, and as an Apostolic Christian, Jack shared the love of Jesus with all those he encountered. He strove to follow the Bible, and to "love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind, and thy neighbor as thyself," Luke 10:27. He will be remembered for his infectious laughter, his warm smile, loving conversation, and his ability to brighten even the darkest of days.

Though he may no longer walk beside us, he will forever remain in our hearts, guiding us with his love and watching over us from above. May his spirit live on in the cherished memories we hold dear, and may his legacy serve as a beacon of hope and comfort in the days ahead. Though we mourn the loss of our father, we take solace in knowing that he has found peace in the arms of Jesus and he is reunited with his parents and sister May he rest in eternal peace, knowing that he was deeply loved and will be forever cherished.

A celebration of Jack Russell Hilton Sr.'s life will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Greater Life Church (1655 FM 528, Webster, Texas 77598). Visitation begins at 6:00 pm; memorial service begins at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Greater Life Church for Missions in his honor (P.O. Box 58763, Webster, Texas 77598)..
