Israel Joe Munoz Jr., age 67 of Houston, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at HCA Clear Lake Hospital in Webster, Texas surrounded by his family. Israel was born July 9, 1955 in Alice, Texas and was a resident of Houston for the last 5 years formerly a longtime resident of Alvin, Texas. He owned and operated Israel's Precision Hair Design in Alvin since 1978 and will be dearly missed by his family, friends and clients. Israel is preceded in death by his father, Israel Munoz Sr.

Israel is survived by his daughters, Leah Munoz, Taunie Paquin and husband Eric, Jennifer Box and husband Brian; son, Carlos Munoz and wife Darla; mother, Juanita Munoz; sister, Lilly Warlick and husband Paul, children Felicia, Karen and Justin; brother, Henry Munoz and wife Debbie, children Lisa and Marisa; grandchildren, Destiny, Emma, June, Nora, Alyssa, Allysen and Garrett; great granddaughter, Ellie; and girlfriend Elaine Peña, along with numerous extended family and friends.

He was a wonderful father, son, brother, Poppy with a big heart who never met a stranger. He was an amazing hairdresser and loved his clients. His children loved him so much and will miss him immensely.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Friday, July 29, 2022 at Scott Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, July 30th at Scott's Funeral Home.
