Israel Garcia Jr., age 56 of Manvel, Texas, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026.  Israel was born June 11, 1969 in Galveston, Texas. Israel enjoyed being a truck driver, he liked traveling.  He loved being around his immediate family for vacations, eating out, and even when BBQ at home.  He loved all his nephews and nieces. He loved his sisters and his very large family.  He was just the nicest guy you met.  He made friends everywhere he was.

Israel is preceded in death by his parents Israel Garcia Sr. and Mary Garcia.

Israel is survived by his wife Melissa Garcia, sisters Amanda Allen and husband Blaze and Angela Garcia Gonzales, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, March 16, 2026 at Scott Funeral Home from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Scott Funeral Home in Alvin.
