Gladys Ann Adkins age 93 of Alvin, Texas passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Clear Lake Regional Hospital in Webster, Texas. Gladys was born April 17, 1929 in Plum, Texas and was a resident of Alvin since 2008 formerly a longtime resident of Houston, Texas. She attended St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Alvin and was very strong in her faith. Gladys took great pride in taking care of her family and will be dearly missed by all that knew her. She is preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Adkins; sons, Christopher Adkins and Craig Adkins; parents, Henry and Anna Morsbach; brothers, Glenn Morsbach and Gene "Chunky" Morsbach.

Gladys is survived by her son, Jeff Adkins and wife Carolyn; brother, Fred Morsbach and wife Jeri; grandchildren, Dixie Smith and husband Lance, Shannon Roberts and husband Creed, Christina Miller, Kia Adkins and wife Amanda, Kris Adkins and wife Callie; great grandchildren, Cierra and husband Colby, Garrett, Cord, Clay, Courtney, Ashley, Railey, Brennan, Topher and Ryan; great great grandchildren, Beau, Slade and Reid; nieces, Jody Wright, Wendy Wayson and Paula Spletter; along with numerous extended family and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, June 6, 2022 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 PM Monday, June 6, 2022 at Davis Greenlawn Cemetery in Rosenberg, Texas.
