Frankie Harold Samples, age 81 formerly of Alvin, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Ranch Lakes Assisted Living Center, Magnolia, Texas.  Frank was born September 1, 1941 in Sumrall, Mississippi and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He worked as longshoreman for the Port of Houston for many years and will dearly missed by his family and friends. Frank is preceded in death by his wife Jeanette Samples; parents, Arty and Burdell Samples.

Frank is survived by his daughters, Jennifer McFarland and husband Duane, Teresa Boegler; sons, Jeffery Samples, Michael Samples and wife Melissa, Douglas Samples and wife Suzie; sister, Beverly Wilkerson; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Scott Funeral Home with Funeral Services beginning at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Confederate Cemetery in Alvin.
