Floetta Jane Foreman, age 87 of Manvel, Texas, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at her home.  Jane was born August 14, 1936 in Lake Charles, Louisiana and was a resident of Manvel since 1996. She worked briefly as a secretary in a law firm but spent most her time taking care of her family. Jane was a member of Heights Baptist Church in Alvin and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred Foreman; parents, Alcee Fontenot, and Exzelia Fontenot; sisters, Effie Fontenot, and Vergie Schmitz; brothers, Coolidge Fontenot, Simpson Sam Fontenot, and Clifton Fontenot.

Jane is survived by her daughters, Kathy Howard and husband Ken, Lisa Dubose and husband Clark, Cheryl Dodd and husband Corey, Stacey Witterschein; grandchildren, Kenny Jr. and wife Jackie, Casey, Josh, Christopher and wife Nikole, Ryan and wife Payton, Melissa and husband Zach, Hannah; great grandchildren, Haven Lyla, Avery, Jake, Gracie and Kacey; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with Funeral Services to begin at 11:00 AM at Heights Baptist Church (1591 CR 144 Alvin, Texas 77511) with Interment to follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas.
