Edna E. Easton, age 90 of Algoa, Texas, was born in Bald Prairie, Texas on March, 18, 1934 and gained her wings on Sunday, April 28, 2024.  Edna was a 1951 graduate of Santa Fe High School. After retiring from working in the Water Well Industry for 40 yrs., Edna enjoyed quilting and did machine quilting for others as well as gardening and painting.

Edna is preceded in death by her parents; H.C. and Lola M. Ross; sister Marie Roberts and husband L.M. Roberts, Sr., nephew, L.M. Roberts, Jr., and great grandson Austin Steel.

Edna is survived by her sister Marjorie C. Williams, daughters Denise "Sam" Hallows, and husband Carl, and Donna M. Easton.  Grandchildren; Jake Steel, and wife Jamie, Jamie D. Wilson, A.J. Randle and wife Jessica, Robert R. Randle, Mark Hallows and wife Kristen, Amber Fuselier, and husband Derrick; 13 great grandchildren; cousin Kathryn Yvonne Cox and treasured friends Janie and Boyd Gill.

A visitation will be held from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at Scott Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the Bald Prairie Community Cemetery in Bald Prairie, Texas. Officiating the graveside service will be John Cottle.
