Donald Dennis Guidry Sr., age 84 of Crystal Beach, Texas, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025.  Donald was born November 1, 1940 in Fannett, Texas. Donald proudly served his country in the United States Marines. Donald is preceded in death by his parents Adam and Arvie Guidry; son Rodney Wayne Guidry; sister Pauline Guidry; brother Clarence Guidry.

Donald is survived by his wife Judy Sue Guidry; daughter Paula Sue Guidry; sons Donald Dennis Guidry Jr., and Michael Kevin Guidry; sister Florence Elizabeth Guidry; brother Roy Guidry; grandchildren Sean Guidry and wife Jessi, Sara Robertson and husband Kash, Dusty Guidry, Kirra Guidry, Cody Ellison, and Amber Ellison; great grandchildren Aubrey Robertson, Cole Robertson, Rayne Guidry, Daniel Guidry, Casper Guidry, Nicholas Guidry, Lily Guidry, Brandon Guidry, Maddie Ellison, and Jaxon Ellison.

A visitation will be held at Scott Funeral Home Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, with the funeral service beginning at 3:00 PM. Donald's body will be laid to rest at a later date.

Flowers and potted plants are welcomed by the family, as well as monetary donations.
