Dianna Lynn Svahn, age 63 of Alvin, Texas, passed away peacefully at home in Alvin, Texas on Wednesday, April 19 , 2023. Dianna was born September 28, 1959 in Texas City, Texas and was a lifetime resident of Alvin. She took great pride in helping her husband with farm ing as well as raising her family and tending to her many animals. Known as a Mommy of all things, Dianna was a talented artist and craftsperson. Energetic and fun-loving, she was a terrific cook and hostess, and always the life of the party. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Dianna, who was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Danbury, was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Joyce Armstron , and brothers Roy Armstrong and Jack Armstrong.

She is survived by her loving husband, Fred Svahn; daughter, Lesley Svahn; sister, Debbie Keever and husband Larry; brothers, Richard Armstrong, Robert Armstrong and wife Karen, and Glen Armstrong , along with her extended family and many f riends.

Visitation is 5 - 7 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2023 at Scott Funeral Home in Alvin, with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. A funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at St. Anthony's, (1523 Main Street, Danbury, Texas 77534).
