Diana Lindley Morris, age 71 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital in Houston, Texas.  Diana was born January 5, 1953 in Texas City, Texas, and was a resident of Alvin since 1976. She worked as a paraprofessional for Alvin Community College as sign language interpreter and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Alvin. Diana was active with Girl Scouts throughout the years with her daughters, and was also involved in the Mother's Day Out and the VBS programs at the church. She is preceded in death by her father, Elwood Lindley; mother, Evelyn Lindley; grandchildren, Anakin Taylor Fontenot-Morris, Topher Lloyd Fontenot-Morris, Taylor "The Warrior" Bailey.

Diana is survived by her husband, Robert Morris; daughters, Felicia Telschow and husband John, Sarah Bailey and husband, Travis, Meghan Morris; son, Robert Fontenot-Morris and wife Shae; sister, Carole Owens; grandchildren, Devin Telschow, Alexis Telschow, Hannah Telschow, Miriam Telschow, Dharma Fontenot-Morris, Maxwell (Lindley) Fontenot-Morris, Augustin Fontenot-Morris, and Kieryn Morris; along with numerous extended family and friends.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 9, 2024 at The First United Methodist Church of Alvin.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Diana's honor to the First United Methodist Church of Alvin's Children's Program.
