Dawneda "Caroll" McGuire, age 50 of Alvin, Texas, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024. Caroll was born May 9, 1974, in Galveston, Texas, and was a member of the Alvin community since 2010. Caroll found her greatest joy in the company of her beloved family, children, and grandchildren, whom she held dear to her heart. Caroll is preceded in death by her mother Caroline McGuire.

Caroll is survived by her husband Darren McGuire; sons Brett Larsen and wife Jessica, Zachary Roberts and wife Courtney, Jeremy Garza and wife Macy; daughter Rebecca Lara; brothers Carlos Garza and wife Sherry, Benny Garza, Gustavo Villareal, and sister Kimberly Webb.

A memorial visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Scott Funeral Home, with a memorial service beginning at 10:00 AM.
