Daniel Mutina, age 80 formerly of Alvin, Texas, passed away Friday, May 20, 2022. Daniel was born on June 13, 1941 in Rosenberg, Texas and was a lifelong resident of Brazoria County. He worked for many years for Brazoria County Road Dept. and was Christian by faith. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Ernest Mutina, his brothers George, Ernest and Robert Mutina and his sister Ruby Swinnea.

Daniel is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marijane Mutina, daughter, Dana Langford and husband Billy, son, Mike Mutina and wife Tanya, sisters, Janie Turner, Lorraine Smith, Dorothy Wingo, brother, Jerry Mutina, 6 grandchildren, Destani Phillips and husband Lee, LeAnn Stewart and husband Jimmy, Billy Langford III and wife Charline, Danny Langford and wife Courtney, Jeremy Mutina and wife Madeline, Justin Mutina and wife Jessica, 14 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 27, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home in Alvin, Texas. A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Scott funeral home with interment to follow in the City of Alvin Oak Park Cemetery.
