Christina Stanton, age 57 of Manvel, Texas passed away of Cancer Saturday, January 1, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family. Christina was born May 2, 1964 in Freeport, Texas. A resident of the area for 35 years, she was a graduate of Texas A&M University, worked for many years at Stanton's Shopping Center and worked for Alvin I.S.D. for the last 8 years. Christina is preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Cagle.

She enjoyed her Family and Grandchildren, exploring and being outdoors in the Texas Hill Country where she developed a love for cactus. She always wanted to make a difference in the lives around her and changed careers to do so. She was a strong Christian that shared her Faith openly with many, and excelled at everything she put her mind to.

Christina is survived by her husband, Paul Stanton, parents, Sharon and Rusty Spencer, daughter, Kaylee Stanton, son, Christopher Stanton and wife Ashley, 3 grandchildren, Bradlee, Cole, Hayes, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the First United Methodist Church in Alvin, Texas with a memorial service beginning at 12:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers the Stanton Family has set up the Christina Stanton Scholarship through the Alvin ISD Education Foundation. The Foundation is a 501c3 non profit organization.
