Charlene Ann Biggs, 84, Manvel, Texas passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021 in Manvel, Texas. Charlene was born in Hastings, Nebraska on November 3, 1937. She later moved with her family to Devine, Texas where she graduated from Devine High School. She married Leo Haass and they had four children. She and Leo moved the family to Houston, Texas where she worked for many years as a manager in the banking industry. Her and Leo parted ways. She later met and married Max Biggs on May 16, 1980 her and Max were married until he passed away on April 8,2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herman Max Biggs, son, Terry Haass, parents, Charles and Lucille Miller, sister, Sharon Sternberg, brother, Chuck Miller, grandson, Beau Parker.

Charlene is survived by her daughters, Deborah Colorado and Sylvia Cerda, Laurie Holzle and husband Bruce, Susan Parker, sister, Cathy Sumner and husband Steve, grandchildren, Kyle Parker, Rosanne Parker, Cody Cothran, Alyssa Cerda, great-grandchildren, Larson Parker, Grant Cothran.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Scott Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 11:00 A.M.  Interment to follow in Confederate Cemetery Alvin, Texas.
